Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

  • Damaged or defective.

  • Different from the item described.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized/personalized products.

• Clearance/sale items.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• We offer replacement for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.
